Moss Tree
Moss Tree was a surprise to my wife Hayleigh and I during one of our adventures. We were heading into the interior part of Vancouver Island along a dirt road and decided to pull over next to a river to make a coffee and breakfast. During a visit, we saw this stunning tree covered in moss at the edge of the creek. Its long arms swooped and swayed out from the trunk with long lengths of lichen as if the tree was wearing a cloak. It looked like a fitting scene from Lord of the Rings.
